Philosophy

What is in them

Pure cane sugar, and only real things: whole spices, sun-dried peels, pressed vanilla, gentle flowers. No syrups, no extracts, no shortcuts. Each blend is paired with the teas it was born to sit beside.

Chai Spice

Warm and a little loud.

Cardamom, clove, cinnamon, ginger, stirred into pure cane sugar. Made for black teas and cold mornings that need coaxing.

Lemon

Bright as a window.

Citrus peel, sun-dried and stirred into fine sugar. Lifts green tea and herbal blends the way a window lifts a room.

Pairs with Green Tea, Herbal Tisanes

Lavender

Soft, quiet, floral.

Whole lavender buds folded into cane sugar. Belongs with white tea and the last cup of the evening.

Pairs with White Tea, Chamomile

Vanilla

Rounded and honest.

Pressed vanilla bean, patient steeping, nothing synthetic. Good company for black tea, rooibos, or chai when you want comfort without spice.
